The wonderful reflection of building and trees in the water feature in the foreground and the tiny 8 pixel people adding life to the scene, all making this work something very special. The best thing here is probably the mirroring in the water. It has room for improvements, though. The building could have more textures, there are some empty areas.
But the overall look is really good.
